1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Pixly: Color Quest, you agree to these Terms.
2. Apple terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s terms. If we don’t provide a custom end-user license agreement in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA applies.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. Ads
The App may display advertisements (e.g., via Google AdMob). Ads may be contextual or personalized depending on your region, consent, and device settings.
On iOS, the App may ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads may still be shown but may be less personalized.
5. Game Center & leaderboards
The App may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards. You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent scores
- Exploit bugs or cheats to gain unfair advantage
- Interfere with Game Center functionality
We may reset or remove scores we reasonably believe are illegitimate.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
- Circumvent security, tamper with ads, or disrupt analytics/telemetry
- Use automation, scripts, or cheats
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
- The App isn’t directed to children under 13.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the App and change or discontinue features at any time (for example, to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements).
8. Intellectual property
The App and all related content (artwork, design, audio, code, and branding) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is processed in connection with the App.
The App also uses anonymous analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
